I am a seasoned gambler (private account manager at Betfair etc), key account at Ladbrokes. I used IG to have a bet on the stock market. Very easy to use but when I went away for a few days they reduced my position weithout so much as an e-mail stating that they had done so nor a phone call. City Index when I last used them would always phone for a margin call. When writing to ask for an explanation my account manager did not even reply. Arrogance and incompetence rolled in to one (5 stars for that). Do not touch them with a barge-pole. |
