1. Quarterly bets: Positions with a notional life span of three months, although which can be closed at any time over the period to lock in profits or minimise losses.
2. Quote: The prices offered by the broker at any given time on the spread, designed to accurately factor in market goings on. The constantly changing spreads from which you can buy and sell.
